One Big Year

So My sister Natalie kindly brought to my attention I’ve

only blogged once this year. Oops, What can I say? We have had a very busy and exciting year! I call it a new year because my baby turned the big one year old on Easter Sunday! Can you believe it, because I can’t! Seriously I’m having some anxiety he is growing up so fast.

Here are some facts about Chase. His favorite foods are macaroni and cheese and banana bread. He stands up and can even stand by himself, but since he insists on standing on tip toes he wont walk yet.. so we always keep shoes on him to avoid the tip toe situation.

He is a little cuddle bug and I can’t get enough of his hugs! He rests his little head on your shoulder and grips around your shoulders and I just love it. He loves playing with his cousins, crawling after them and onto them. We are very lucky to have such a handsome healthy boy! For Easter we had an egg hunt at Grandma’s and once he found one egg that was all he needed, just content shaking it and showing everybody.

So since the middle of last year Christian and I had been house hunting and lucky us, we found an amazing deal on a home that we absolutely love! Once we moved in all our neighbors would come over to meet us, children play outside all the time! We’ve gotten so much done and have so much we still want to do with our house. We love it and are so blessed to have found it!

Also in May Christian is graduating with his Bachelor’s! I am so extremely proud of him! He has worked 40+ hours his entire college career and still has good grades and is graduating right on time!! I am so blessed with my hard working husband and adorable baby boy! Needless to say

we have a lot going on at our house and are overflowing with blessings. I was so grateful to celebrate Easter and remember what Christ did for me and you and everybody. We are so blessed to have the gospel in our lives and I am so happy to have all the happiness it brings. I hope all you had a wonderful Easter and took some time to remember how lucky and blessed we all are.
